Design Services:

Upon initial contact we will schedule a consultation, we review and discuss your needs and desires for your landscape. I will meet you at the site to evaluate, discuss, and measure the area to determine what features you want to include in your landscape design. After the consultation, a bid proposal/estimate will be provided. Once approved, a contract will be written for the landscape design, and first payment for the design will be due.

The Designs:

The Conceptual Design includes a rough-draft design with a layout of your landscape area and placement of plants and other details of your project. There will also be a plant list with pictures of plants for you to choose from. If needed, we may schedule a visit to a local nursery or distribution center for a better idea of what the plants look like in person.

Once the conceptual design is received and reviewed, we will discuss and make notes of any changes to made in the final design.

Final Design. We will provide the final/complete design, plant list and final estimate for the landscape project. Upon completion of the final design, we will be collecting the final portion for the design.
